Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness - a wholly, holy trinity of letting go of what we think to be moved by what we know in our bones, blood, and breath. Breaking through, arising from, expanding with - these are the steps, the passages, the practices that move us, one after one after one, into creating the space in our lives for the ecstasy of being free and freely being.NOTES
Part 3 of a three-part series of one-day workshops - this session (and series) is for anyone new to the practice looking to dip a toe into deeper waters, anyone practiced seeking to step out on a longer journey, anyone at all interested in developing a stronger foundation in, and understanding of the practice.

Workshops offer a deep dive into the 5Rhythms philosophy and method; a place to learn skills, tools, and techniques to take into your regular practice. We invite you to flesh out your whole practice by attending all three sessions, or fill in the missing parts in your embodiment by attending just one or another of these focused investigations.
