”Earth my body, Water my blood, Air my breath, and Fire my spirit”Dancing, I remember who I am.
I am nature.
Imagine moving barefoot on green ground together, a morning sunlit sky arcing overhead, and a gentle warm breeze dancing across our skin.
We are held by a 5Rhythms Wave of music, our breath, and by the sacred beauty of our surroundings.
This September, we will come together to listen to the wild wisdom of our bodies, and the moving mystery of the wilderness around us. We will let the 5Rhythms movement practice guide us into deeper connection with ourselves, with each other, and with the natural world.
No previous 5Rhythms experience is needed. Silent Disco Headsets will be provided.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
