The Sacred Village is a ceremonial gathering devoted to the continuum of womanhood. Maidens, mothers, crones & elders of all walks & expressions sync into a shared heartbeat, remember what we are made of, and actively create a more harmonious world—the village way.

Arrive to your body and to the land with a silent disco headset forest dance. Together, we will listen to the wild wisdom of our bodies, and the moving mystery of the wilderness around us, coming into deeper connection with ourselves, each other, and with the natural world.

Deep Waves - 5Rhythms® Dance
Let’s get down, kick it, soul seek, sweat induce, dance dive, bust a move and meditate our muscles. Come follow body, breath, and beat into the sacred with other dancing seekers. Come reSource, come release, come ride the Wave.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
