A 5Rhythms Immersion Through Archetype, Movement & Imagination

As the season turns and the veil between worlds grows thin, we are invited to meet the forgotten, hidden, and unlived aspects of ourselves.

This immersive weekend weaves together Jungian archetypal psychology, the 5Rhythms® Shadow Map, expressive arts, and the transformative power of movement. Together, we'll enter the rich landscape of the Shadow—not as something to fix, but as a source of vitality, wisdom, creativity, and wholeness.

Each rhythm offers a different doorway into the body, revealing the hidden characters we all carry within us. Some have quietly shaped our lives from behind the scenes. Others have been tucked away for so long they've nearly been forgotten.

As we move, create, reflect, and play, these inner figures begin to take form—appearing in our posture, our impulses, our relationships, and the stories we tell about who we are. Drawing on the 5Rhythms Shadow Map, we'll learn to recognize the embodied signatures of these archetypal patterns and practice dancing with them in new ways, allowing their wisdom, vitality, and creative potential to emerge.

Some parts of us have been performing in the dark for years.
