DESCRIPTION
Si on peut arriver dans le corps, on va trouver toutes nos réponses dans le mouvement. C’est tellement simple, mais parfois tellement difficile d’y arriver. On a l’habitude de chercher loin, mais tout est là dans la chaire de notre corps et dans notre souffle de vie : sensations, émotions, spiritualité… Tout est toujours là pour nous permettre de goûter à notre unité.Si simple ! On a simplement besoin de bouger avec cette conscience.
