찾고싶은 모든답을 우리의 몸짓안에서 발견하게 된다

늘 멀리서 찾는것에 익숙해진 우리는

가장 가까운 우리 몸안에 모든것이 있다는것을 놓치고

너무 단순해서 때로는 그곳에 도달하는것이 더 어렵게 느껴진다

삶의 숨결, 감각, 감정, 영성...

이 모든것과 하나가 되는 최고의 순간을 만나는 길은

너무나도 간단하다. 의식과 함께 몸짓이다
