DESCRIPTION

Following Gabrielle Roth’s elegant 5 Rhythms maps, we will inhabit the moment, reclaim lost energy from the past and call back our attention that drifts into the future. When we use imagination and creativity in our movement practice, we keep things true, alive, ever-changing and heart connected. You can book for the whole 5 day workshop, or it is possible to book for some of the adventure as you choose.
Intention for each day:

Thursday 28th: Maps to now.. seeking awareness of how we travel out of the moment into the near of far past and future. Developing skills to help us find the way back to the riches of being here now

Friday 29th: Healing from our own life: Sending love to our former selves, connecting with the energy and perspective from younger days, seeking wholeness and letting healing flow in both directions

Saturday 30th: Ancestors: Dedicating our dances to our ancestors, known and unknown. Opening to the truths and experiences of our ancestors, how they lived and loved

Sunday 31st : All the way: Expanding our connection with all of life, travelling through time all the way back to when we were stardust, returning through different eras and soundscapes, supported by live music

Monday 1st: Future Dreaming: Turning our attention towards the future and how we can dream and create a positive way forward, individually and collectively. Sending our intentions into the unknown future as we also honour the past and live here in the present.
