UNFOLDING1.5 day Waves workshop with Julia Mercurio
Spring celebrates the possibilities of new life, as trees and growing plants follow the light and green emerges to cover the remains of winter. During this time you might want to ask yourself:
What lies within me that wants to unfold? Which parts of myself are yearning to grow? Which parts of myself do I want to nurture? What is ready to break through?
During this 1,5 day workshop you are invited to give your self the time and attention to listen to yourself and to connect to what wants to grow and unfold in you. Moving through Gabrielle Roth’s 5Rhythms® map, you'll explore which parts of yourself are ready to break through to the surface and which parts needs more tending and love to unfold.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
