„5Rhythms is a route to the root.“ Gabrielle RothIn der tiefsten Dunkelheit ersehnen wir das Licht, die Wiedergeburt der Sonne. Das zyklische der Natur, das Mysterium des Lebens, werden intensiv spürbar. In Dunkelheit und Stille regenerieren wir uns, empfänglich in unserem Erdkörper für das Licht, für Spirit, in Dankbarkeit für die wärmende Sonne, für Lebenskraft. Ein zeitloses Ritual.
Doch gönnen wir uns die Stille, dieses Lauschen, dieses Loslassen? Am Ende einer langen, vollen Ausatmung Leere und das Auftauchen des Einatmens aus unserer Tiefe. Ende und Anfang - sanft beginnt ein neuer Sonnenzyklus und die Tage wachsen zunächst unmerklich... Am 22.12. atmen, bewegen, begrüßen wir, dass das Licht langsam und stetig wieder zunimmt.
5Rhythmen/5Rhythms® nach Gabrielle Roth ist eine Methode sich zu spüren, die magische Dimension des Lebens zu erfahren, achtsame, befreiende, heilsame, ekstatische Bewegung einzuladen, Körperbewusstsein und bewegte Kreativität zu entfalten.
English: In the deepest dark we long for the light, the rebirth of sun. The cyclical nature, the mystery of life, may be felt intensively. In darkness and stillness we restore ourselves, receptive in our earth body for the light, for spirit, grateful for the warming sun, for life force. A timeless ritual.
Do we claim the stillness, this listening, this letting go? At the end of a deep exhale emptiness and inhale rising from the our depth. End and beginning - a new sun cycle starts and the days will get longer slowly... On the 22nd, we´ll breathe, move, embrace that the daylight is continously expanding again.

Workshop can be bilingual; 5R experience is recommended.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
