I was born in 1969 in Poland. I have been dancing for as long as I can remember - since forever, since a time without a beginning.

My vision is to offer people, through the practice of 5Rhythms, an opportunity to meet themselves fully and to realise that they are welcome exactly as they are. I hold a space where open hearts and open minds can emerge, where people can feel connected to themselves, to others, and to the greater whole.

I am deeply interested in supporting the distinction between sexuality and intimacy, so that harmony between the masculine and feminine can arise in a way that is loving, nourishing, and free from the sexual tension that so often interferes with genuine human connection.

Dance, for me, is a powerful bridge. It brings together people of different cultures, nationalities, and religions, opening hearts and minds beyond division. This is the service I wish to offer - to humanity and to our planet.
