DESCRIPTION
In this 5Rhythms Heartbeat series, we will dance the emotional map of the heart:fear, anger, sadness, joy, and compassion.
A journey to cultivate kindness with ourselves, with others, and with life.
AM.AR.TE is an invitation to breathe more slowly, feel more deeply, and remember that every emotion —no matter how intense or subtle— is part of the art of loving.
NOTES
- WEDNESDAYS 6.30pm (Madrid time), vía zoom (19th Nov - 17th Dec)

- A minimum of 15h of 5R Waves level experience is required.
- The whole series count as 1day and a half of HB pre-requisites (you need to attend live and have the camera on throughout the whole session)

In Heartbeat we explore our emotions as energy, as power, as part of being human. Old feelings that have been locked in our limbs or caged in our chest begin to shake loose. We get comfortable with feelings, neither hanging onto them nor pushing them away.
