DESCRIPTION
We all have stories to tell. But we don’t always find it easy to tell those stories as clearly, as honestly, as freely as we’d like to.By first of all freeing our bodies into movement, we’ll aim to also free the part of us that writes and speaks.
Sometimes we need to share what we’ve been holding onto inside, before we can release it. This workshop will be a space to open up, to find supportive co-creators to help us tell our stories and let them go.
Anyone who feels the weight of unexpressed truth is welcome to join us.
