DESCRIPTION
Sound is a movement, a vibration of the air. It brings us information about the world outside. Voice is the sound we create in order to express the world inside.In this workshop, we will practise using our voices in a creative, intuitive and embodied manner: sometimes on our own, sometimes in collaboration. We will find movement that follows the sounds we create, and sounds that follow our movement.
This workshop is for anyone who is curious about the intimate relationship of body and voice.
We'll use the structure of Gabrielle Roth's 5Rhythms maps to guide our exploration of body and vouce.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
