FIVE is a sacred number signifying transformation. Through the 5Rhythms we embark on a journey of embodiment, surrender and acceptance. Each rhythm is an invitation to explore and tune into a greater awareness of how our body moves and feels ultimately bringing us back to our real self.
Join us over this 3-day workshop, with Ajay Rajani, Alex Mackay, Emma Leech, Irem Luqman snd Jason Rowe. Each Teacher will guide us through a rhythm offering their wisdom and unique experience. It’s a rare opportunity to learn from a handful of accomplished teachers with different perspectives on the rhythms that can help deepen our embodiment of this practice.
NOTES
It will be held at the iconic St. Luke's Church in West Holloway, home to a weekly 5Rhythms class for 15 years. It counts as 3 days of Waves towards your prerequisite for the Teacher Training. No experience or special skills necessary, no steps to learn, everyone is welcome.
240GBP Standard Price. 200GBP Concessions, Over 60s, Under 30s & 5RTA members. A percentage of profits will be donated to a named charity.
Session times are 11am to 5.30pm each day.
