Through the 5Rhythms® wave — Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, and Stillness —
this immersive weekend invites you to:
• Release what is ready to move
• Rediscover your natural rhythm
• Drop out of the mind and into the body
• Listen deeply to the echoes within
No choreography. No performance. No experience needed. Just music, movement, and the freedom to be exactly as you are.
Feet touch the ground. Breath deepens. The dance begins.
Each rhythm opens a doorway:
Flowing into presence Staccato into expression Chaos into release Lyrical into freedom Stillness into deep listening
And somewhere within the movement… the soul begins to echo.
