Each Rhythm has a shadow side. Neither good or bad, both dark and light, the Shadows reveal our truth. Dancing the Shadows truly brings us back to centre. It is a divine practice.

I can't wait to meet you in the dance and dive deeply together into our darkness, for it is in this unfolding we realise our light.

I am Rivka Worth and I have been holding space for transformative dance since 1992. I have 28 years facilitation experience with a wealth of diversity. I am a certified 5Rhythms teacher and your time in my classes count towards teacher training pre-requisites if you are on this path.

I also have a BA dance and currently studying as a Somatic Educator in Bonnie Bainbridge's Body Mind Centering work. A long time dancer of Contact Improvisation and Yoga, I am also a choreographer, improvisor, former artistic director of Restless dance Theatre and Company Chaos. One of my true passions is working in the community offering 5Rhythms Reach Out dance to disadvantaged and recovering communities.These are my favourite classes!  

I also have a life-time of experience with my own shadows and have delved deeply in committed practice to meet, understand, embrace and dance with the shadow parts of myself. 

It would be my honour to serve you in your own shadow journey and your journey towards embracing your most brilliant radiant self.
