The weight of what we carry longs to be released and given back to the earth.

Join me on this weekend workshop where our dance becomes the vehicle for the body's innate capacity to release. Together and alone, we will indulge in the moments of letting go that are small, soft, slow and gentle; as well as the moments that shake us from within, hitting us hard, fast and wild.

We all have something we need to release. Something we need to let go of. To make space for something else. Something that serves us.
