The powerr of dancing - 1.5 day wave & 5 full days heartbeatt

 I am very happy to offer a one week long 5Rhythms summer workshop & retreat from Sunday June the 29.th at 5PM to Sunday the 6th around 10AM, 2025.

This summer workshop “Power of dancing” will start with 1,5 days of waves, to create grounding and safety, followed by a full 5 day heartbeat, which is one of the prerequisites for 5Rhythms Teacher Training.

“The second major task is to express the heart, freeing the emotions to experience the power of loving.” Gabrielle Roth.

We will dance our inner landscapes of the emotions, finding magic and touching dances, which melt the heart and open up to ‘the power of loving’. We will dance our outer landscapes to explore the mystery of life itself to find new truths and wisdom about, who we really are. We will invite courage and presence into our dances, express forms, cross limits and surrender to what is. We will share the joy of our dancing soul and hold it all in the freedom of stillness.

We will use the beautiful nature around us.
