Do you want to explore the 5rhythms heartbeat map together with an intimate group in the comfort of your home?

Then embark on this journey: we get together 1 weekend a month saturday & sunday from 16:00 cet till 20:00 cet

Single attendance is possible

Note: this journey counts towards the teacher training as a 5 day heartbeat but you need to be present for at least 4 weekends.

We will explore different themes in the realm of emotions starting with

Selfcare & safety: What is selfcare when we dance and how can the dance benefit us to feel safe?

How can we take risks without loosing our ground? What is beneath our fear?

Criticism & Courage: lets research our inner critic with courage. What energies are hidden in "this person on your shoulder"? How can your critic become your ally?

Triggers and tears: What is your relationship to sadness & grieve? A dance ritual with our losses.

Expansion & exchange: When we can allow ourselves to be vulnerable, we also can allow others to be vulnerable and that deepens all our relations.

Rest & Reflection: Compassion with yourself, others, the world around you.....a dance with trust, courage, relieve, joy & slowing down.

Five days and five nights of 5Rhythms Waves & Heartbeat level

27 December 2025 – 1 January 2026

Held in English and Italian

Every year we gather for New Year Dance, our midwinter celebration. A time to come indoors, to celebrate life and friendship with presence through the dance.

This gathering invites us to let go of what has been, to honour the lessons the past year has brought, and to awaken our visions for the year ahead, while tending gently to what lives in our hearts.

This year we will meet in a beautiful venue surrounded by nature, near Cortona (Arezzo, Tuscany). All activities and meals will take place at Terzo di Danciano, where a few rooms are also available for accommodation. Additional participants will be hosted at Pugnano Alto, one of the neighbouring villas just a few minutes away which is equally welcoming and full of charm.

Guided by Olivia Olla Palmer, with moments of live music by Rishi Vlote.

Limited to 45 participants. A smaller, more intimate circle than usual for us.

Seminar fee:

€300 Early Bird (before 1 December 2025)
