TLC: Annual Fall Retreat

10th annual dance & soak in hot springs!

Tuning into what the collective soul may be longing for, our annual fall 5Rhythms workshop theme revealed itself: TLC. Tender Loving Care. It’s been a wild year for many of us; the need for gentle nurturance and soft release feels super important as we head into winter’s reset. To allow, to have permission, to let be rather than push or strive. To give our body, hearts and mind space to exhale is essentail. Welcome. 

With the healing waters of Lava Hot Springs to soak in between sessions, we gather to shed as gracefully as autumn leaves.

Closest large airport is Salt Lake City, UT. It’s a 2.5 hour drive from there. Accommodation is up each individual with many hotels in town having their own hot springs available for guests. Ride shares are also possible as you won’t need a car once in town. 

Most people stay Sunday night after the workshop to enjoy another deep soak! Shared housing with kitchen available. Please contact Heeraa for details. Accommodation is up to each individual. Lava is a wee toen and everything is in walking distance. Many stay at The Lava Hotel & Spa that has it’s own hot springs pool.
