Save the date! 8th annual 5Rhythms dance & soak in the healing waters of Lava Hot Springs, ID.
To truly listen… to ourselves and to others…it takes our deepest care, sensitivity and awareness. What gets in our way of hearing our body’s wisdom and our hearts? How many times have we overridden our gut instincts, interrupted someone, tuned out… Held in the healing container of natural hot springs, this workshop invites us to slow down, lovingly examine habitual patterns so as to
create more space for authentic responses from our hearts and intuition.
This counts as 1.5 days Waves and 1 day Heartbeat for those on the teacher training path.
Early Bird before 4/15 - $239

Closest major airport is Salt Lake City, UT. It's a 2.5 hr drive. Ride shares are usually available with local dancers. Once at Lava Hot Springs, everything is within walking distance.
Accomodation is up to each participant. Many hotels have their own private hot springs for their guests. There are also nearby campgrounds. Please contact Heeraa for recommendations.
Friday 7 - 10 pm
Sat & Sun 10 - 5:30 pm
Most participants stay Sunday night to soak and integrate the weekend. Highly recommended!
