Lava Hot Springs - 6 Nov 2026 to 8 Nov 2026

10th annual dance & soak in hot springs!

This is a Heartbeat workshop open to all levels and experience.

With the healing waters of Lava Hot Springs to soak in between sessions, we gather to shed as gracefully as autumn leaves.

When the world is seemingly so chaotic, it may feel awkward to feel and express joy. What if allowing more joy was the biggest act of resistance to negativity? Not the social media inauthentic hype but a true sense of expansion and love grounded in our embodied experience. Risk to fall in greater love with your quirks, your  vulnerabilities, your strengths, your creativity and playfulness.

In this 5Rhythms Heartbeat workshop, we embrace all of our emotions and explore how there might actually be delight in feeling more alive, with all it
