The 14th Summerdance will be dedicated to questions like..

How do you live your creativity? How do you nourish your soul and make it vibrate and resonate? How do you transform your everyday life into a work of art? What emerges when you no longer “have to” and give yourself permission to play and be creative? Are you an artist of life?

The 5Rhythms provide the landscape and give structure to our journey. Every day we explore the theme in terms of one of the five rhythms: Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness. Each rhythm opens a space and specific energetic quality for the unique and individual free and conscious movement.

Let us explore the variety of possibilities of immediate expression, body-soul connection and nonverbal communication between each other and in our own inner landscapes! It's a Waves Level Workshop, we work on embodiment and the physical level of expression.
