“MOVE’n’REST” invites you to discover the exquisite balance between movement and stillness, effort and ease, in the enchanting Sutivan. Through the dynamic practice of 5Rhythms, we’ll explore the power of both dancing wildly and resting deeply.
Each day, we’ll dive deep into one of the 5Rhythms, uncovering its unique gifts and challenges. With morning and evening sessions, you’ll have ample opportunity to embody the rhythms, connect with your inner landscape, and find your own essential balance.
