Tribal Dance is a gathering of dancers from many places, coming together to reflect, heal, and release with gratitude the year that has passed, while welcoming the new one with our intentions, visions, and inspirations. It is a chance to celebrate unity through our uniqueness.

This year’s Tribal Dance is inspired by the wisdom, culture, and art of Mongolia.

The workshop will weave together essential 5Rhythms® teachings, two dancing ceremonies, and some surprise additions to the program.

The 5Rhythms® — Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, and Stillness — guide us to be rooted, centered, powerful, visionary, and in love.

On December 31st, Silvija will lead a Dance Pilgrimage, and on January 1st Thierry will offer a Tree Ceremony.

These rituals are potent vessels for setting intentions, focusing the mind, and opening the space of timelessness where our embodied consciousness can expand. Ceremonies like these, especially at meaningful thresholds such as the New Year, are deeply rooted in our human DNA.
