This retreat invites you to embark on a body-mind-heart journey

a transformative exploration through gentle presence.

Together, we will cultivate compassion, courage, gratitude, equanimity,

and forgiveness as we delve into the somatic rhythm of our hearts.

By relaxing into the innate wisdom of our bodies,

we will discover a deeper connection with our feelings,

honoring their beauty and authenticity.

While we dance and reflect, we will be nourished by the tranquility of nature.

The amazing surroundings will accentuate our sense of calm

and resiliency and provide the ideal setting to heal soul, body, and mind.

• Arrival: Tuesday, July 1, 2025, from 4 PM

• Retreat begins: Wednesday, July 2, morning

• Retreat ends: Sunday, July 6, end of the day

Nestled in the heart of the Baronnies Provençales at 800 meters altitude, Divinessence is a sanctuary for well-being.

Its serene riverfront setting, spring-water swimming pool, and carefully designed environment create a unique retreat experience.

The creative chef prepares delicious vegetarian meals to nourish and energize your journey.

Requirements & Practical Information:

• Prerequisite: 20 hours of Waves danced with a certified 5Rhythms teacher

• Workshop credit: counts as 5 days of Heartbeat level training for Teacher Certification

• Language: English and or Dutch

Pricing:

5Rhythms Dance Workshop: €475

– Early bird price: €395 (valid until March 30, 2025)

– A discount of 20% for 5Rhyhtms teachers

– Every reservation requires a non-refundable deposit of €100 and the total amount has to be paid by May 30, 2025.”

Accommodation & Meals: €575 per person (6 nights, shared lodge)
