There is a state that artists, athletes, scientists, and spiritual seekers have always recognized — a state where everything feels easy, connected, and natural. Psychologist Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi called it Flow. It’s a state of deep immersion in the present moment, where thoughts quiet down, time dissolves, and body and spirit move as one.
In this workshop, we’ll explore how to find and follow this flow through movement and the 5Rhythms map: Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, and Stillness. Each rhythm takes us deeper into the body, the breath, presence, and personal expression.
Flow is an inner state of ease, fluidity, and true presence.

Instead of memorized steps, we follow what naturally arises from the body.
