5Rhythms weekend with David Juriansz

After 20 years of dancing and teaching, hearing so many versions of the “not-enough” story from other dancers, I offer this workshop as a place to deeply explore – what is ‘enough?’

In this weekend workshop, we’ll use the 5Rhythms map to move us out of the chat room into a place where we can feel more whole and connected. We’ll expand our movement vocabulary, better understand the ‘not-enough’ loop and change the conversations we have with ourselves.

We’ll dance, share, learn and help each other remember… that we are enough.

This workshop runs over two days - Saturday: 11am - 6pm & Sunday: 11am - 5pm
