We’re at the time of year when the seeds of inspiration and vision start to feel the stirrings of their potential. It’s a call to action, a movement towards manifestation and expansion.
It’s a good time to nurture these seeds and help them take root in the rich soil of your life.
This workshop offers you an opportunity to feel what’s alive in you, focus on your needs, dance with your resistance and welcome possibilities.
We’ll touch upon our roots, solidly grounding to better stretch into the new shapes we envision; we’ll learn to trust the wisdom in our blood and bones.
Our body is an archive of our lives and of many generations, giving us hundreds of years of resourcefulness, ingenuity, courage, determination and strength. This is the rich soil in which the ideas and imaginings of our life grow. Yet what often stands in the way of manifesting our potential?
Being stuck, not knowing where to go next, what to do, how to feel, are all stepping-stones in life’s currents.
Learning how to flow with these shifting tides is an essential skill-set in these changing times. Feeling how mind, body and spirit all work together centres us into being truly our sovereign selves ready to let our genius shine.
The 5Rhythms practice opens the way to an on-going conversation with our body, our heart, our spirit through movement. Hakomi and Focusing, with their elements of mindfulness and mind-body integration, are potent tools to understand how we experience and express ourselves in life. These three modalities blend throughout this workshop to nourish our potential.
Each one of us is a big garden, unique, beautiful, bountiful; our gifts flourish at different times on our journey. Some come and go with each season, some take years to root and bear fruit, some are the skills we use every day, some are deep within us waiting to emerge.
So how do we tend to our garden?
One seed, one step, one dance at a time.
Finding our way to our POTENTIAL.
