Circles of Inclusion
“We can create the world anew when we heal our wounds of disconnection, breath by breath and step by step.”
— Bettina Rothe
The world is at a turning point. How do we shift out of the morass of fear and separation into connection, wholeness and peaceful ways of being? How do we create safe, inclusive environments for personal and collective healing to take place?
Circles of Inclusion invites you into a movement-based exploration to deepen connection to yourself, to others and the world at large. Embodied Leadership principles and the 5Rhythms® movement practice provide a map and tools to weave ourselves into deeper relationship and wholeness.
When we come together as a community in heart-centred and embodied intention, we can more easily shift from ME to WE consciousness and build resiliency and feelings of belonging.
Come and join our circle where there is only the ONE DANCE.
