A 5Rhythms® Workshop with Thierry Francois

We are all guided — consciously or not — by what we value.

Some values are inherited.

Some are questioned.

Some are forgotten.

This workshop is an invitation to return to what truly matters.

Not as an idea, but as a lived, embodied experience.

Through the map of the 5 Rhythms — Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness — we explore how values take shape in the body:

how we receive them,

how we stand for them,

how we let go,

and how we live in integrity.

There will be some Ritual Theater part of the workshop to invites us to play.

Not performance — exploration.

Lightness as a way to tell the truth.

Creativity as a doorway to alignment.

Through ritual theatre and playful interaction,

values are tested, bent, and rediscovered —

to keep values flexible, human, and alive.

A space to reconnect movement, choice, and meaning.

A dance to clarify what moves you — now.

GSB is an artful celebration of all that we are, all that we are not and all that we can be.

It stretches our limits and beliefs and offers us the freedom to express the unseen and unrevealed parts of ourselves.

Dance, ritual theatre and the use of costumes and props all come together in this wild ride of the soul.

This 5R map shows us how to be fluid and fluent

How to shapeshift and transcend into the realms of the soul

How to transform the mundane into the mystical.

It is fun, deep, confrontational, arty, sensual, playful, spiritual and as down to earth as it can be.

It is yin/yang/male/female/human/divine/

It shows us our attachments and calls for our detachment

A profound step towards freedom.

This workshop includes an archetype party at the night of the 3th day.
