10th annual dance & soak in hot springs!

Living this life is endless possibility. What if…? Choices constantly present themselves. How might we limit ourselves and/or others? What becomes available to us when we open and break out? Old patterns can come into play that may no longer serve us. This 5Rhythms® workshop is an embodied investigation of our creative and emotional intelligence and potential. What if we had a yes instead of a no? What if we had a no instead of a yes? What if we rested in not knowing?

By embodying the universal rhythms, Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical & Stillness, we explore the nature of who we are and how our energy moves. Bringing awareness through our body’s intelligence generates transformation. Break through to greater possibilities through this simple, powerful and healing practice. 

Open to all abilities & levels of experience. 

In this workshop, we will gently touch upon the Heartbeat map of The 5Rhythms. We recognize our emotions as waves of energy and our allies, giving the heart space to be and feel. Open to all levels of experience and abilities.

Closest large airport is Salt Lake City, UT. It’s a 2 hour drive from there. Accommodation is up each individual with many hotels in town having their own hot springs available for guests. Ride shares are also possible as you won’t need a car once in town. Most people stay Sunday night after the workshop to enjoy another deep soak! Contact Heeraa for accommodation suggestions
