A year-end 5Rhythms journey to honour the passage of time, moving through the echoes of the past eleven months with reflection and release.
We’ll flow through remembrance, meet what challenged us, surrender what no longer serves, rekindle our awe for life, and arrive in stillness ~ grateful, aware, and ready to begin the year again as we meet the mystery with open hearts .
Bring your journal or we will provide writing papers as we move through the timeline of the past months, expect some exercises and sharing.
Begin with a warm up wave, in the middle taking pause and breaths in reflection and ending with the fundamental wave.
