In this workshop, we begin by liberating the life energy within our physical bodies, welcoming movement and sensation. We then move to liberate the life energy within our emotional bodies, our hearts, welcoming the flow of feelings.

Every encounter on this journey is a reflection of our own hearts—their emptiness and fullness, their joys and sorrows, their wisdom and innocence.

As our hearts awaken, our sexuality stirs within our moving bodies. We’ll explore the connection between our emotional and sexual selves, investigating how dance and movement meditation can support sexual healing.

How can we reclaim responsibility for our sexual energy—its direction and expression—rather than burying it under layers of guilt? How can we experience pleasure without self-blame or the urge to give it all away?

How can we heal the shame we carry about our bodies, hearts, and sexuality? What do we need to feel safe and secure in our own desires and appetites, so that we can eventually meet another’s with openness and authenticity?

The dance floor becomes a safe and sacred space to move with our “juiciness,” guided by the 5Rhythms map.

I am curious about what it takes to bridge our hearts and our sexuality, and what they can co-create. How fear transforms into excitement, anger into passion, and sadness finds orgasmic release. How generosity flows from joy, and how the unity of breath, heartbeat, and body can connect us to the Divine and the Universe.
