Riding the Waves, Bølger og Rytmer

 A deep dive into the fluid body. 5Rhythms and Continuum are two ways of movement practice that fill each other out and in. Where Continuum ends 5Rhythms start, and where 5Rhythms end Continuum starts. Tone is a bodyworker and deeply embodied movement teacher certified in Continuum movement practice since 2005. Ingrid is a mover and a teacher and certified in 5Rhythms since 2016.

Find your groove & moove

 Welcome to this dance and movement workshop. We will use the movement map Gabrielle Roth created to connect with our bodies consciously and playfully. When the body wakes up and becomes vibrant and alive it becomes the home where our soul can express itself freely, wildly and sensually.

We will explore how to move in the rhythms of flowing, staccato, chaos, lyrical, stillness. Each one has its specific qualities that reflects different sides of our personality. Then connecting the rhythms together in a wave we will dance waves after waves in musical landscapes.

This is a journey of self discovery and self healing through dance. By consciously connecting with our bodies and at our own pace, we can let go of inhibitions and find our own free expression, our own groove...!

Albo and Bansi are delighted to guide you in this journey.

Their experience in cultivating presence through dance, meditation, body work, mens work is extensive and unique.

Their approach to teaching this movement practice which they love, is playful and grounded.

Albo Mussmann will join us this workshop as a guest teacher. He currently lives in California where he has created a vibrant dance community. We are very lucky to have him with us!
