Heartbeat work is a gateway to our emotional world which we dive into with the instincts of a dancer, the mindfulness of a meditator, the courage of a warrior, and the compassion of a best friend.
In this work we don’t solve our feelings as if they were problems, rather we explore our emotions as energy, as power, as part of being human. Through physical movement and awareness, old feelings that have been locked in our limbs or caged in our chest begin to shake loose; we give ourselves space and time to consciously embody them and allow them to move as waves of energy through our body . As we get comfortable with our vulnerability and feelings, neither hanging onto them nor pushing them away, we discover a treasure (in the) chest, which, once unlocked, offers a world rich with opportunities: a real connection with ourselves and others, a freshness of response, a spontaneity seasoned with wisdom and experience, and above all, a freedom to fully become a loving force of life itself.

In dieser Höhe sind wir dem Himmel so nah, daß jeder Tanz zum Gebet und zum Geschenk wird.
Die Natur hier oben ist so gewaltig, daß sie uns Ehrfurcht gebietet und uns im gesunden Sinne auf unser natürliches Maß zurecht schrumpfen läßt. Mit den Füßen spüren wir die Erde, den Sand oder den Stein unter uns, das Wetter und die Kraft dieses wild-schönen Ortes und werden dadurch ein Teil davon. Embodied Spirit, sweat your prayers!
Wir haben uns schon zweimal auf den Weg gemacht zu den magischen Tanzplätzen im Talboden hinter der Regensburger Hütte, über 2.200 Meter über dem Meeresspiegel. Jeder Tanz hatte seinen eigenen Spirit, seine eigene Stimmung, sein eigenes Wetter.
Getanzt wird Samstags von ca. 16.00 – 18.00, und Sonntag morgens je nach Wetter nach dem Frühstück, ca. 2 – 2,5 Stunden. Dazwischen gibt es viel Zeit für Begegnung und Austausch beim gemeinsamen Abendessen, Frühstücken und Zusammenhocken. Das offizielle Ende ist nach dem Morgen/Vormittagstanz, danach gerne gemeinsames Ausklingen und Absteigen.
Was wichtig ist zu wissen: Der Aufstieg zur Regensburger Hütte ist nur zu Fuß möglich, es ist ein steiler Anstieg von ca 2,5 – 3,5 Stunden, je nach Kondition. Wir werden als Gruppe gemeinsam früh genug auf die Hütte wandern, und eine Rast auf der Ochsenalm, die am Weg liegt, einlegen.

At this altitude we are so close to heaven that every dance becomes a prayer and a gift.
Nature up here is so powerful that it commands our awe and allows us to shrink down to our natural size in a healthy sense. With our feet we feel the earth, the sand or the stone beneath us, the weather and the power of this wild and beautiful place and thus become a part of it. Embodied spirit, sweat your prayers!
We have already made our way twice to the magical dance spots in the valley floor behind the Regensburger Hütte, over 2,200 meters above sea level. Each dance had its own spirit, its own mood, its own weather.
Dancing takes place on Saturdays from approx. 16.00 – 18.00, and on Sunday mornings after breakfast, depending on the weather, for approx. 2 – 2.5 hours. In between, there is plenty of time to meet and chat over dinner, breakfast and socializing. The official end is after the morning dance, after which you are welcome to finish and get off together.
What is important to know: The ascent to the Regensburger Hütte is only possible on foot, it is a steep walk of approx. 2.5 – 3.5 hours, depending on your fitness level. We will hike up to the hut together as a group early enough and take a break at the Ochsenalm, which is on the way.
